Safari for All is a local operator which takes no responsibility for booking flights.
All clients must be in possession of a valid passport and visa for the whole of the journey.
Safari for All cannot extend the duration of a tour due to missed flights or other transportation issues.
A non-refundable deposit of 20% is due at the time of booking. The remaining balance should be paid at least 35 days in advance of the start date. If you are making the booking within 35 days of the start of your tour, then immediate full payment is required.
The client at the time of booking with Safari for All represents that not only themselves but all the members of the party are fit to travel.
Appropriate travel insurance must be taken out by the client before the start of the holiday. The insurance must cover loss, expenses and damages arising from, including but not limited to, cancellation of the holiday, personal accident and injury, medical and repatriation costs, loss of baggage and personal money, and flight cancellations and delays.
Safari for All is not liable for any repercussions of negligent behaviour on the part of the client.
Any complaint should be made on the spot to allow Safari for All to address the issue.
Guests are advised to check the vaccination requirements well ahead of travel. Consult the World Health Organisation (WHO) for up to date information. It is also essential to obtain a prescription for malaria prevention medication prior to travel.
The itinerary may be subject to change at the discretion of Safari for All – occasionally factors out of our control can cause adjustments to be necessary. In the event of factors out of our control causing us to change the agreed accommodation, alternative accommodation of equal or higher quality will be provided.
Liability: Safari for All shall not be responsible to the client for any loss, damage or non-performance of any third party supplier or service provider.
All meals, including soft drinks, are included in the price, with the exception of any meal purchased in Rwanda in transit.
Alcoholic drinks are not included in the tour price.
Bottled water will be provided because tap water is not safe to drink.
The client should inform us of any special dietary requirements at the time of booking.
